Modifications of the M181 controller : coupling PITCH BEND CV and KEYBOARD CV

Schematic.

Connection points on the PCB
By design, the keyboard CV and the PITCH BEND CV are independant. However it is very handy to have them combined.
This simple modification makes it possible to enable/disable at will the combination of these two CVs. With the chosen resistor value (3M : 1.2M and 1.8M in series) the PITCH BEND range is -/+ 1 tone.
